Delete your MilanKnot account

MilanKnot is operated and is trading as HemlaDella.

If you have the app

Open MilanKnot and sign in.
Go to Me.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

It takes effect straight away. If your account holds profiles for family members, all of them are deleted with it.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@milanknot.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. Writing from that address is how we know the request is yours. We will delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Every profile on the account, with its details, preferences and partner preferences
Photographs, including the stored files, which are removed within a day
Messages, interests, shortlists and matches
Your phone number, social handles and carrier status
Your sign-in and email address

What is kept

A report of misuse made about your account is kept, with a record of which account it concerned but not the account's contents. Without this, somebody could clear a report against them by deleting their account and signing up again. A record that a profile was deleted for being unfinished keeps only its internal id and dates.
